Q: What can be cleaned by Limplus ultrasonic cleaner?
A: The main types of pollutants that are removed during the ultrasonic cleaning can be grouped into four categories:
- solid and liquid films - different oils, greases, pastes, etc.
- solid residues - a piece of metal and abrasive dust, soot, water insoluble inorganic connections (scale, fluxes) and water-soluble or partially soluble organic compounds (salt, sugar, starch, protein, etc.),
- the products of corrosion - rust, scale, etc.
- Protecting, preserving and protective coatings.
Q: Can ultrasonic cleaning damage parts?
A: Ultrasonic can't damage parts.
Ultrasonic cleaning is considered safe for most parts, although in some cases it is necessary to observe caution. Although the effects of thousands of implosions per second is very powerful, the cleaning process is safe.
Q: What is "direct" and "indirect" cleaning?
A: Direct cleaning occurs when the parts are cleaned in a cleaning solution which fills the cleaner, usually inside a perforated tray or mesh basket (SADC). The limitation of direct cleaning is that such a solution must be selected that will not damage the ultrasonic cleaner.
Indirect cleaning involves placing the parts to be cleaned in the domestic non-perforated tray or tube, usually containing the solution that the user does not want to directly fill the ultrasonic tank. When choosing indirect cleaning, make sure that the water level in the tank is maintained to the fill line (about 30mm from the top of the tank).
